The Exterior Wall Quality Assurance Course – was presented virtually by Julie McDonald and Scott Singleton. Attendees were treated to an 8-hour course which was delivered over 2 days, four hours each day.
The course touched on the various different exterior wall systems, ethics and professional limitations to exterior wall observers work, project communications processes and report writing, applicable codes and standards, design and bidding processes, and various different aspects of construction administration. Highlights included:
- Applicable codes and standards relating to construction projects.
- Knowledge of exterior wall technology for Exterior Wall Quality Assurance professional.
- Construction Administration process related to Exterior Wall Quality Assurances.
- Project communications and review daily report requirements and best practices.
