IIBEC Southern Ontario hosted our third continuing education webinar at 11 am on Thursday October 27th on the topic of Inverted Roofing Design. The webinar was very well attended by 47 people. The webinar highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of Protected Membrane Roofs versus Conventional Roofs, its evolution (1970’s-present), design recommendations, wind uplift testing, and fire resistance. The webinar was presented by Guy Titley, Senior Research Engineer for DuPont’s Safety and Construction Business.
