IIBEC SOC Breakfast Seminar: Roof Warranties – September 16, 2022

September 28, 2022 by jmartella

IIBEC Southern Ontario hosted an in-person breakfast seminar on September 16, 2022.  There was a panel discussion on roofing warranties with market leaders and was attended by 33 people. The panelists were Catherine Willson (True Law Legal Services), Doug Fishburn (Fishburn Building Sciences Group,) Blaine Braun (Flynn Canada) and moderated by Meagan Kikuta (Tremco Roofing).

The seminar marked the return of our in-person breakfast seminars and included common questions from owners, consultants, and valuable insight from our panelists. Attendees learned about warranty limitations, responsibility for various claims, different types of warranties, and other important takeaways. One thing we can all agree on: The best warranties are the ones you don’t need to use!
